Member Rights
1. Elect and be elected to the organs of the society subject to society by-laws.
2. Enjoy the use of all facilities and services of the society subject to society by-laws.
3. Receive periodically and regularly or upon request and at least quarterly, a statement of account in respect of his/her transactions with the society.
4. Access all legitimate information relating to the society including: – internal regulations, registers, minutes of the general meetings, annual accounts, inventories and investigation reports at the registered office of the society subject to: the Policy and regulations for the time being in force.
5. Attend & participate in decisions taken at all general meetings of the society and vote.
6. All other rights prescribed by the Act/Rules.
Duties & Responsibilities
of a Member
1. Observe and comply with all the by – laws and decision taken by the relevant organs of the society in accordance with the society by-laws
2. Buy and pay up for shares or make any other payments provided for in the society by-laws.
3. Meet the debts of the society in case of bankruptcy in accordance with the provisions of the society by–laws and Act.
4. Attend & participate in decisions taken at all general meetings of the society and vote.
