Notice is hereby given that the 14th Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of Kentours Housing Co-operative Society Ltd will be held to transact the following business.

  1. Read the Notice Convening the Meeting.
  2. Reading and Confirmation of Minutes for the Annual General Meeting held on 24th February, 2024.
  3. Chairperson’s Report.
  4. Supervisory Committee Report.
  5. Receive and consider Audited Accounts for the year ended 31st December 2024.
  6. Presentation and approval of year 2025 revised Budget and 2026 Budget.
  7. Determine the maximum borrowing powers of the Co-operative Society.
  8. Appoint the Auditors for the year 2025.
  9. Elections to fill vacant Committee positions.
  10. A.O.B. for which Notice has been given
